What You’ll Do

Sales Support

• Assist with Tenders, Quotes and Client Inquiry
• Perform satellite imagery searches
• Create maps of client areas of interest for inclusion in proposals
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, ask relevant questions and suggest satellite solutions where appropriate.
• Forward client enquiries to the relevant team member within the Sales or Satellite Services Team when the enquiry requires more in-depth consideration, i.e. the solutions is not ‘out of the box’.
• Provide support and review of written content with a focus on:
  • Flow – i.e. cohesive argument that is logical, consistent and creates a clear and concise narrative across sections of the response
  • Undertake research for background information to be used in the tender response.
  • Prepare diagrams, images and other illustrations as required to support written content
  • Grammar
  • Maintain and improve Geoimage sales automation procedures.
  • Keep updated Sales Documentation, Workflows and IP (Nuclino)
  • Escalate concerns regarding Quotes/Projects, to the Sales Manager in a timely manner

Marketing Support

• Create and/or edit written content for use in marketing campaigns, including but not limited to:
  • Brochures and flyers
  • Email campaigns
  • Website blogs
  • Website page content
  • Social media posts

CRM & Data Handling

• CRM Updates
• Report Building
• Trend Analysis

Data – Ordering

• Satellite Imagery Orders
• Speculative tasking Orders

What You’ll Bring

• Skills & Experience
• MS Office
• HubSpot
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• GIS experience optional
