Associate Geospatial Analyst Perth – Full Time
Do you have…
10+ years of GIS experience, preferably in a consulting environment.
Tertiary qualifications in GIS, Environmental Science, or equivalent.
Experience leading a GIS team in a dynamic project focused environment including balancing team workload, supporting staff development, tracking performance against key metrics, connecting and collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders, and helping lead strategic improvements.
Extensive knowledge of and experience with Esri GIS software (e.g. ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, Portal, AGOL etc).
Python or FME experience
Experience using VertiGIS Studio (Geocortex) (preferred but not essential).
Creative problem-solving skills to work autonomously, and as part of a team, and a genuine interest in innovation, continual learning and improvement.
Experience, or the ability, to take ownership of a work front and proactively collaborate with stakeholders to deliver outcomes and improve processes in a dynamic environment.
Have robust analytical skills, with experience in the management, manipulation, analysis and spatial presentation of data.
Solid organisational and time management skills.
Outstanding communication skills, and confidence in building positive relationships.
Ability to grasp new concepts quickly, be adaptable and flexible, and contribute individually and within a team environment to the success of a project.

We are now looking for a gifted Associate GIS Analyst to lead and deliver GIS analysis and solutions to projects across a range of environmental and engineering disciplines. The role will be based either in our Perth office or client offices. The successful candidates will primarily be responsible for working with project teams to scope and deliver integrated spatial solutions. The successful candidates will also play a key part in supporting innovation and improvements to spatial services, working closely with the Technical Practice Leader – Digital to identify where there are opportunities to enhance delivery.
