The Section Manager (Plan Services) will:
– Provide specialist technical and policy advice relating to Plan Services activities.
– Supervise, manage and mentor team members to develop the skills and capabilities of the team.
– Lead enhancement of the quality of outputs of the section pursuing continuous improvement and best practices in activities.
– Be part of digitally transforming the Land Titles Office (LTO).
– The Plan Services Section’s major function is to examine plans to determine their appropriateness for land titling purposes.

– Experience and interest in change management and implementation.
– High level communication and interpersonal skills.
– Sound conceptual and reasoning skills to research, investigate, analyse, evaluate and integrate.
– A tertiary qualification in a discipline relevant to the nature of the work to be undertaken.
